A Look at 2018 Through The Prophetic Lens

At the beginning of his masterpiece, A Tale of Two Cities, Charles Dickens wrote: “It was the best of times. It was the worst of times.” Wow! He could have been writing about the United States of America in 2018. All we ever hear is that it is the worst of times. Reality says that, in many ways, it has been the best of times. Off-the-charts employment — for all racial groups — and increasing wages. A booming economy as

2017 Prophetic Year in Review

When Jesus was describing conditions just previous to the end of this Age, He said “you will hear of wars and rumors of war.” (Matthew 24:6) In a broad sense, that’s true of all years. But 2017 was different. It was rife with rumors of warfare at a level perhaps never seen on earth before. Two nations figured prominently in those threats. One or both of them may one day make up part of an alliance known in Biblical prophecy

Iran & Russia In Alignment With Biblical Prophecy

[Last week…] Israel launched an airstrike against a factory inside Syria. Contrary to the usual international brouhaha that usually accompanies an Israeli action against any of its adversaries, the world has been silent. That’s because everyone knows that Syria was producing chemical weapons at that plant. Apparently, they were also developing precision missiles there. A former Major General in Israel’s Defense Forces thinks that the lack of response to the strike from Syria and Hezbollah indicates another retaliation is underway. Yaakov

North Korea Playing Into Prophesy

Mr. Obama told the President-elect that his most pressing foreign policy problem would be North Korea. Unfortunately for President Trump, if that is true, it’s true because U.S. Presidents have been kicking this can down the road for decades. Every President in recent years has chosen to simply contain the North Korean regime and placate it by sending humanitarian assistance in return for empty promises to make nice. In the meantime, we’ve allowed North Korea (NK) to develop an extensive

The Belligerent Bear

Last week, in the Baltic Sea off the coast of NATO-member Poland, two Russian fighter jets “buzzed” a United States destroyer, the USS Donald Cook. And not just “buzzed” in a convivial, welcoming manner, but in an aggressive, in-your-face style. In fact, they flew so close to the ship that the jets’ airflow caused wakes in the water. The week previously, a Russian fighter jet aggressively challenged an American RC-135 reconnaissance aircraft flying in international airspace over the Baltic Sea.

Northern Thunder: Dress Rehearsal

What is happening right now in the Middle East is unprecedented as far as I’m concerned. Of course, if you just get your news from the American mainstream media, you’ve no idea to what I’m referring. If it’s not promoting the Palestinians or denigrating the Israelis, singing the praises of John Kerry or listing the transgressions of Benjamin Netanyahu, lamenting setbacks to the BDS movement (Boycott, Divest, Sanction Israel) or applauding Iran’s return to global acceptance, then it’s buried deep

ISIS Threat Evaluation

Once again, the call of “Allahu Akbar” (Allah is Greatest) rang out as a death cry in a major world city. Last week, Islamic terrorists attacked the City of Lights — Paris, France.  The terrorists hit six locations almost simultaneously. At least 129 were killed and more than 300 persons wounded. 99 of those are so critical, many of them may die, too.  ISIS has claimed responsibility. Paris went into full lockdown. France’s borders were closed. Its airspace completely restricted.

Refugees Forcing End-Times Technology

Any reasonably informed person realizes that Europe, and the U.S.A. to a lesser extent, is in the midst of an unprecedented refugee crisis. With the dramatic developments in the Middle East – the Syrian civil war, the explosion of ISIS and other terrorist armies, the entrance of Russia into Syria, among other things – millions of Middle Easterners and North Africans have been displaced. And hundreds of thousands of them are streaming into Europe seeking protection. Many are also taking

Changes of Allegiances & Alliances

In a move that stunned some analysts and even members of Congress, Russia, Iran, Syria, and Iraq announced they would form an intelligence-sharing unit headquartered in Baghdad. In 2003, the United States went to war in Iraq to stop Saddam Hussein from building, acquiring, and using weapons of mass destruction. After winning the war, we stayed and helped rebuild Iraq at a cost of hundreds of billions of dollars, and many U.S. lives. Out of that sacrifice, Iraq gained a

Magog at the Door

A few weeks ago, Hal Lindsey discussed the Russian-Iranian led coalition of nations described in Ezekiel 38 (read article here). Just since that time, some mind-boggling activities have taken place. The Russian military has moved in troops, heavy armor, fighter jets, anti-aircraft batteries, missiles, and Navy ships to Syria – and has begun bombing targets in Syria!  In this article, Hal reveals that this very endeavor foreshadows a specific prediction by God through His servant Ezekiel over 2500 years ago! from The Hal Lindsey Report – September
